Due to the COVID 19 PANDEMIC we are unable to provide FREE SHIPPING as our Postal Service has not resume FULL POSTAL SERVICES to most countries. Please check with us via email for Express Mail Services/EMS/courier cost to your destination country before you purchase any items from our website. Thankyou for your cooperation & understanding.

We usually ship within 5 working days upon payment and confirmation of name & address received under normal circumstances. Due to the COVID 19 PANDEMIC it may take longer due to Movement Control Order/MCO, Lockdown and other COVID restrictions. If item availability states 2-3 days, then 2-3 days will be added to the 5 working days before item is posted. If in the event you buy more than one item in one order and that order includes an item that shows 2-3 days availability then all your items in your order will be sent in one shipment together with the item that shows availability of 2-3 days unless otherwise requested by buyer, 2-3 days means 2-3 working days. For any alterations to the item such as change of ring size one has to allow 7 working days for this. Hence in total for example for a ring a shipment can take up to 12 working days before it is sent to you. 

We use First Class International Registered Air Mail (with tracking number provided for all shipment, which is safe shipping) and will be applied to all sales. Tracking Number will be provided as soon as shipment is sent. We ship according to Paypal ship to address only. 

As mentioned all items are sent with tracking numbers. Seller will not be responsible for products once items has been posted. If you require courier service or insurance please contact us for a quote. At present local pick up is not available. Please take note:

International Shipping: In recent months, we have had postage via registered post shipment with valid tracking nos. go missing during international post-delivery for international shipment. Therefore we had decided to use EMS courier services for safe shipment worldwide moving forward. Please add USD 100.00 (min. 500gms charge) to your purchases when making your orders or ask us for a quote. If you still require normal air-registered post with tracking no. we will oblige but there is no guarantee that you will receive it safely. And therefore, Suvrna will not be responsible if your envelope/package is lost in post-delivery. Thankyou for your understanding. 


The onus is on the customer to check if there are any customs duties or related fees for a product prior to purchase, we will not be held responsible in the event any fees are levied on the client in their country. However if it is a package we will usually send it as a "gift item". 

Tracking No.

Items are posted out by us from Malaysia using our national carrier POS Malaysia, hence they are traceable & track-able on the website. Items would highly likely be track-able only after 2-3 working days, to allow time for sorting & processing from the time we provide you the tracking number. Here are the directions on how to view what stage the mail is at:

Step 1) Click on "Track & Trace" on the home page

Step 2) Under select a product click on "PosDaftar" (which means registered post) then press "track".

Step 3) Under "Package from" click on "Malaysia". Enter "reference number" and press "track".

Once international acceptance is recorded, processing is taken over by your national post carrier ie. Royal Mail, USPS or is in transit. For USPS tracking visit this link. For further inquiries about tracking your item in your country please contact your national carrier quoting the tracking number provided.

Postal instructions:

Due to the COVID 19 PANDEMIC we do not provide FREE Shipping Worldwide unless otherwise stated or agreed. All items are sent via 1st class registered airmail post, with a tracking no. which is safe or EMS. This usually means in most countries someone has to sign and receive the envelope/package/postage. This way we will know if you had received the envelope/package or not. If you are not available to receive envelope/package, pls. assign a family member or friend you can trust to receive item on your behalf or you can request we hold the items for you until you are available at the ship to address. If no-one is at the address to sign & receive item, it will be sent back to your local post office and you will be notified or return to sender if you do not claim it from your local post office upon the given stipulated period or number of days stated on your notification card or slip.

Please check and verify your postal ship to address is correct when making any purchases through The ship to address customers enter on our website has to match with PayPal ship to address. We will not be held responsibile after items are posted out, in the event you had provided us the wrong ship to address. It is your responsibility to provide us the correct ship to address.  However, we will verify and use the ship to address customers has provided and entered from these 2 websites before we send customers the items. And for this reason we would need a valid email id and phone no. from you if it is different from your PayPal email account id.

We usually do not type or write out the addresses of customers. The address provided by customers on our website is copied & pasted and than printed and pasted on the envelope/packages before sending to customers destination. Please do not use short forms or nicknames in personal names, postal ship to addresses and ensure postcode is correct. Please do not use any foreign language or characters to type ship to address. Please only use English Language for postal ship to address.

We are no longer responsible for the items, the moment the items are posted out from our shores. We cannot be held responsible if items are lost in post/transit. We can help to investigate the matter and keep you informed that's about all we can do. Customers are likewise advised to check with their local post office for any package not received. Postal negligence, envelope/packages lost in post/transit is beyond our control. A tracking number will be provided to customers and it is the responsibility of the customers to track & trace and standby the address provided, to receive the package. If you had done everything correctly as instructed, you will definitely receive your envelope/package safely and on time without any problems or issues.

In the event customers are not around to receive the envelope/package or postage, items will usually be returned to SENDER ( It is your responsibility to notify Suvrna via email in the event you did not receive your envelope/package by the stipulated delivery number of days stated.

Upon receipt of customers return item we will notify customers before resending. Customers will have to bare the cost of return postage/courier charges for returned items that we receive and are returned back again to customers. We will notify customers of return postal/courier charges. In the event an item is returned to us and the customer chooses not to have his/her product returned due to their own fault or the fault of the postal carrier in their country or for any other reason and if there is no fault by us for example (the correct address was used by us) then customer can ask for a refund. However the 7 day money back guarantee will apply. Which means money will be returned minus 15% restocking fees, which is approximately the costs we have paid to receive money through paypal and send item to you. If the fault is on us for example and if we had used the wrong address then a full refund will be made to customer.
